Twenty-seven years of infrastructure work at HPE and VMware, four granted US patents, and a long habit of noticing the exact place a tool stops being useful. That place is almost never the feature list. It is the last mile: the state an app returns to when you close it, what it does on a bad connection, what it asks of you at seventy in the middle lane.

UnBuild exists to take one everyday tool at a time, remove what went wrong there, and finish it. The apps carry no accounts and no servers, which is a decision rather than a stage of growth: nothing you keep in them depends on a company still being here.

The studio work is the same work, done on someone else’s product. A few engagements a year, because one person can only hold a few.
