What you can expect, and what I can’t promise.

The apps

The apps are licensed, not sold, for personal and internal business use on devices you control. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to every copy bought through the App Store, and where it conflicts with this page, it wins.

A paid app or unlock is a one-time purchase for the version you bought and the updates I publish for it. There is no subscription and no renewal. Prices can change for future buyers; what you already paid stays paid.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, on Apple’s terms, through the Apple Account you bought with. I cannot issue a refund myself. If a request is refused and you believe an app did not do what its page said it would, write to me.

What the apps are not

They are tools, not records of account. Keep your own backups: local storage and your iCloud container are the only copies of your content, and I have none to restore. Nothing in the apps is medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and Car Note is for use within whatever your local law allows while driving.

Warranty and liability

The apps and this site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to an app is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This website

The text, layout, images and code of this site are mine, and the apps’ names and icons are marks I use in trade. Quote it or link to it with attribution; do not present it as your own, and do not use the marks in a way that implies endorsement.

Studio work

Studio engagements are agreed in writing before work starts — one document per engagement, covering scope, rate, schedule, confidentiality and who owns the result. This page does not govern that work; that document does.

Changes

These terms can change for future purchases and future visits, with the date above updated. Continuing to use the site or the apps after a change means the current version applies.

Governing law

Indian law applies and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, except where consumer law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away.
